I'm a cybersecurity practitioner with a designer's eye and a business foundation — and that combination shapes everything I do. I started in graphic design, built and ran an e-commerce business end to end, then moved into security when I realized the problems I cared about most came down to trust, risk, and protecting the systems people rely on.

Today I work across the full security lifecycle: mapping attack surfaces with Nmap and Wireshark, engineering detections in Suricata and Splunk, hardening cloud environments on AWS, and building Python tooling that automates the SOC grind. My background in business analytics means I don't just surface risk — I quantify it, prioritize it, and explain it in terms a stakeholder can actually act on.

I hold an MS in Cybersecurity & Business Analytics, backed by Security+, CySA+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and SecAI+ — CompTIA's first AI-security certification. I'm especially focused on where defense is heading next: securing AI-enabled systems and using automation to keep pace with increasingly automated attacks.
