This policy describes how I collect, use, and protect information when you visit this site or contact me through it. By using the site, you agree to the terms below.

I don't collect personal data passively. The only personal information I receive is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form: your name, email, organization (optional), and the message you write.

2. How I use it

Information you submit is used only to respond to your inquiry. I don't use it for marketing, don't add you to any list, and don't share it with third parties.

3. Data sharing

I don't sell, rent, or trade personal information. The only circumstances under which I would share it are (a) if compelled by valid legal process, or (b) with a service provider strictly necessary to deliver a response to you (e.g., the email provider that delivers my reply).

4. Third-party services

This site is hosted on Framer and may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, or form delivery. Those providers have their own privacy practices, which I encourage you to review.

5. Data security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. I store contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond and follow up, after which they're deleted. I use account-level protections (strong unique passwords, multi-factor authentication, and minimum-necessary access) on the systems where your message is received and stored. No system is perfectly secure, but I treat your data the way I'd want mine treated.

6. Your rights

You can request access to the data I hold about you, ask for corrections or deletion, or withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time. Email the address below and I'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you're in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR. If you're in California, you have additional rights under CCPA. I honor those rights regardless of where you're located.

7. Changes

I may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
